HG4 completions frequently sit inside chains that reach into HG1 Harrogate, HG3 Killinghall, Beckwithshaw and Follifoot, and out towards Boroughbridge, Wetherby and the A1(M). Downsizing moves out of the larger Palace Road villas into an apartment on Priest Lane or a smaller cottage in Sharow are a growing share of the diary, and those we handle slowly and carefully on both sides.
