Deansgate is closed to through-traffic in phases as pedestrianisation rolls out — we plan loading via Quay Street, Bridge Street and Camp Street. Spinningfields tenant handbooks restrict service-lift use before 18:00, so most cutovers run Fri 18:00–Sun 20:00. MediaCityUK requires 48 hours' notice via the tenant portal. Manchester's Clean Air Zone was withdrawn, so no zone charges apply — but the Bee Network's expanding bus-lane camera coverage still matters for kerbside dwell time.
